The New Water rates are as follows:

 

Small "Domestic" Consumers

 

Up to 1000 imperial gallons per month EC $40.00 minimum

1000-3000 imperial gallons EC $0.06 per gallon

3000-5000 imperial gallons EC $0.08 per gallon

In excess of 5000 gallons EC $0.10 per gallon

 

Large "Commercial" Consumers

 

0-10,000 gallons per month EC $1,200.00

10,000-20,000 EC $0.10 per gallon

20,000-40,000 EC $0.08 per gallon

In excess of 40,000 EC $0.06 per gallon

 

The above rates structures are designed to recover the cost associated with the water

production operation and maintenance of the distribution system.
